Do you close the tanning bed top or leave it open?

I have always wondered if one way or another wiould give you a better tan?

Do you close the tanning bed top or leave it open?
You close it, to a point where it's comfortable for you! When it is closed more "rays" will hit parts of your body. I go for 20 Min sessions and the last 5 I need to open it a little to cool off.

Reply:You need to close it so your top and bottom tan the same. Also, it gets all warm and cozy!

Reply:I'm pretty sure you close it because there are the lights all over. If you left it open you'd only get 1/2 tanned.
Reply:you have to close it so that both sides of your body will tan at the same time.

Reply:Closed is better, or else you have to worry about turning over and tanning the same amount of time, and you might not get the same results as the other side. And that just looks weird.

Reply:in order to get an evan tan you close it. if you dont close it your back will get tan and maybe half of your front, but not evenly because the tanning lights wont be closed in on you.

2. get in the tanning bed


3. put on your goggles


4. pull down the top.


5. push the start button, relax and enjoy!!
