u cannot use tanning lotions formulated for outdoor use in a tanning bed, as some of the ingredients, such as mineral oil, damage the acrylic of the bed...most reputable salons will check that u have the appropriate indoor tanning lotion before they will even allow u to go in for your session...consult with the salon staff, who can explain the products they carry %26amp; which one will be best for u personally...happy tanning!!!

yes you can.

Reply:tanning in a solarium/sunbed is extremely damaging to your skin, you'll age quicker, and you are putting your life at risk- dont take the chance.





trust me, when your 35-40 years old and your skin is damaged, aged, wrinkled and worn looking, you'll wish you had stayed out of the sun and the sunbed.
Reply:Don't use a tanning bed.The number one cause of skin damage - wrinkles, brown spots, cancer - is from exposure to UVA and UVB. This can come from the sun or from a tanning bed. The worst is UVA exposure and many tanning beds have far higher levels of UVA. They are not regulated by anyone so your exposure and risks are not measurable.





If you must have a tan use a good self-tanner. Arbonne's Made in the Shade Self tanner, SPF 15 is excellent. It doesn't have the horrible musty smell of other self tanners, is full of beneficial ingredients for your skin and has an SPF to protect you from the sun.
Reply:you can use that but don't let the workers know what your using or they won't let you in cause it supposably does something to the beds which is why they want you to use indoor lotion. The indoor lotion at walmart is cheeper and works good.
