there are like different kinds of names for all of them.
i've only done spray tan so I don really know wich ones are best or what kind or type/?.

the names vary depending on the place. your best bet is to go into whichever one is one level down from their top bed. this way you don't burn but you still get a very effective tan. hope this helps.
