16, alot of states its 18 though

You can be any age to be in a tanning bed, but u have to have an 18 year old or older with you (an adult)
Reply:Well, I'm from kentucky and where i live there isn't an age limit..Just some places, if you're under 16 you have to have a parent's consent!
Reply:waste of money esp at such a young age. i knew a chic in high school that used tanning beds and we called her lizard girl. it isnt good for your skin. but whatever. the tanning place has their policies. they may not let her tan without a parents consent. other than that @ 18 you can do anything you want
